About Sacred Sites
Our Sacred Sites wines are single vineyard offerings from vineyards on our family estate, established in 1858, that are over 100 years old and produce wines of terroir-driven distinction. These vineyard sites are amongst some of the world’s oldest and are planted on their own roots using pre-phylloxera material.
Our Sacred Sites collection is one of the most unique wine offerings in the world, with seven single block examples released when vintage quality allows, with the oldest vineyard in the set, Old Patch, planted in 1867.
Having survived the test of time, these ancient vines consistently make exceptional wines. Production from each site is extremely limited. Combined with their exceptional quality, distinctive profiles and strong age-ability potential, these wines are highly sought after around the world, with avid wine collectors sometimes waiting years to acquire an allocation.
Your Sacred Sites Experience
Your experience begins with a walk to these ancient vineyards at our doorstep (weather permitting, suitable shoes and clothing are recommended), then enjoy a guided tour through our historic winery facilities. You will then be seated in a private tasting room in our homestead dating back the 1860s, where you will taste these rare wines in a guided tasting, accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie plate. The wines in this tasting include a curated selection of our Sacred Sites Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz.

Please allow 2.5 hours for this tasting experience, and note, it is limited to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 people per tasting and the experience is a private booking (no combined groups). Tasting fees are non-redeemable and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
